Terms of Use

Effective: June 18, 2026 - Version 1.0

Summary: Calyndra provides AAC and caregiver guidance only. It is not a medical device, not FDA-cleared, and not an emergency service. Caregivers remain responsible for supervision and professional care decisions.

Agreement

What Calyndra is

Calyndra is a proprietary AAC guidance system owned by Future Contractors of America LLC. Caly is the system's learning-intelligence persona. Caly offers practical suggestions about vocabulary, modeling, sensory-safe design, and assent-respecting routines - grounded in the Calyndra System Law governance corpus.

What Calyndra is not

Emergencies

If you or someone you support is in immediate danger or experiencing a medical emergency, contact local emergency services (e.g., 911 in the United States) or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not rely on Caly for crisis response.
